The first half of the week, I was officially on the sick list.  I wrote about it in last Friday’s big post.  Thursday, I was feeling human again, and spent some of the morning sorting out a new writing schedule that would let me make up the ground I have lost through this whole diet fiasco.

I’m going to be in high gear for a couple of months, but I won’t miss any deadlines, if I can keep the pedal floored.  It seems like a small price to pay for neglecting my health.  And I’ve learned the lesson.  I will be prioritizing health just below writing from now on.
