It was a choppy old week. Got thrown by a couple of days of illness–self-induced by eating crap over the weekend. (The problem with maintaining a clean diet is that when you slip and indulge in not-so-clean faux-food, you pay heavily.)
Even though it was a patchy week, I’m feeling no pressure, because the easy schedule is easy to catch up on. Although now I am in catch-up mode. But still, no anxiety is generating as a result.
